Paid plans are available to accounts we have onboarded, and the terms in sections 3 and 4 apply in full to them.

You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. You must be at least 18 years old and using the service for a business purpose.

4. Billing, renewal and cancellation

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, reverse-engineer it, resell or redistribute it without our permission, use automated means to extract data from it beyond your plan's limits, use it to violate any law, or use it to infringe the rights of others.

6. Third-party data and results

Audits and insights are derived in part from third-party sources (such as Google and Meta platforms) and publicly available information. We provide this information for general guidance only. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or any particular ranking, traffic, or business outcome. Third-party platforms may change or restrict their data at any time, which can affect what the service can show you.

7. Intellectual property

The service, including its software, design, and content, belongs to SEO Health. You retain ownership of the data you provide. You grant us the limited permission needed to process that data in order to provide the service to you.

8. Disclaimers
