SEO Health (“SEO Health”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a sole proprietorship registered in India (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-KL-05-0042131; Kerala Shops & Establishments Reg. No. SH141290180388), at Sreekailas, Pollakkada, Pullur, Kasaragod, Kerala – 671531. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email us at [email protected].
1. Information we collect
- Account information — your email address, a display name, and an optional phone number if you choose to give one. We sign you in with a one-time link sent to your email address; SEO Health does not use passwords, so we never collect or store one.
- Business information you provide — the business name, location, website, and the listings or profiles you ask us to analyze.
- Audit and usage data — the results of the visibility audits we run for you, your preferences, and basic logs needed to operate and improve the service.
- Publicly available competitor data — when you add a competitor, we retrieve publicly available business information (such as ratings, review counts, website details, and public social-profile metrics) to provide comparison insights.
- Subscription records — if you buy a paid plan, we store which plan you are on, its status, and the reference IDs our payment processor gives us. We do not collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or bank credentials (see section 4).
2. How we use third-party platform data (Google and Meta)
To produce your audits and insights, we use data from third-party platforms. We access only publicly available information and only what is needed to provide the service.
- Google — we use Google APIs (including PageSpeed Insights and Places) to assess your website's performance and your public business-listing information.
- Meta / Instagram — we use the Instagram Graph API (the
business_discoveryendpoint) to retrieve publicly available metrics about business and creator Instagram accounts, such as follower counts and post counts, for competitive insight. We access only public data, we do not collect private user information, and we never post or take actions on your behalf.
3. How we use your information
- To provide, operate, and improve the service and run the audits you request.
- To generate insights and send you results and notifications you have opted into.
- To take payment for a paid plan and keep the records that go with it.
- To respond to your support requests and communicate with you about your account.
- To keep the service secure and to comply with our legal obligations.
We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you create an account and when you ask us to run an audit, and to perform the contract between us when you buy a paid plan. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see section 8) — doing so means we can no longer provide the service.
4. Payments
Paid subscriptions are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. When you pay, your card, UPI, or bank details are entered on Razorpay's systems and handled under Razorpay's privacy policy — they never pass through ours and we never store them.
What we receive and keep is limited to: the plan you bought, whether the payment succeeded, the date and amount, and Razorpay's reference IDs for the payment and subscription. We keep these records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, even if you later delete your account.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the product — hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and the API providers listed above — and only as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information where required by law.
6. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing [email protected]. On deletion we remove your account, businesses, and audit history; we retain the payment records described in section 4 where the law requires it, and routine server logs age out on their own.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information: encrypted connections (HTTPS) throughout, passwordless sign-in by one-time email link (so there is no password to leak), session cookies that are HttpOnly and cannot be read by scripts, and access to production systems limited to the proprietor. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affecting your personal data occurs, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
8. Your rights and choices
You can access, correct, export, or delete your information, nominate someone to exercise your rights if you are unable to, and withdraw consent where applicable, by emailing [email protected] from your registered address. We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and aim to complete them within 7 business days, and in any event within 30 days. There is no charge for this.
9. Cookies
We use only essential cookies — a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and the security tokens that go with it. We do not run analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking scripts, we do not build profiles of you, and we do not use cookies to sell your data. Because these cookies are strictly necessary to log you in, there is no cookie banner to dismiss.
10. Children
The service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
